Brahma Chellaney @ChellaneyFrom his hideout, Zelenskiy said by video, "Russian troops are shooting at a nuclear power plant," claiming Russian tanks had shot at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant. Western media began reporting the plant was on fire. It turns out that the fire was at a nearby training building.
