Today is pub day for Drink Your Way Sober: The Science-Based Method to Break Free from Alcohol, the book I wrote while Jesse was fiddling with his dedication. This is the first and last book I will ever write, so I am marking this momentous occasion by… recording a podcast and taking Moose to the beach. Cheers!
There’s a lot to say about this book but we’ll be discussing it on the next free episode so I will save it for that. I do, however, want to say one thing: Please buy it. And then review it. And then tell your friends about it. And then buy it for your children. For every birthday. I think that’s it. More soon!
