I do too. There are so many good ones (Tsingtao 0.0 is my most recent favorite). My once usual nightly glass of wine or two is now almost always a non-alcoholic beer, and that's been the case for the last few years.
Loved this! I couldn’t remember Patrick (Fatrick’s) name, so I’m glad she correctly interpreted my “child” comment to get that story in 🤣Those episodes were bananas.
Get an Ethernet cable when you do video calls. For Moose Sake. I'm begging you. WiFi bandwidth is subject to interference and fundamentally slower than a wired connection, and even slower still if you are using a VPN.

I take low dose naltrexone due to a stint with complex regional pain syndrome. I'm lucky, I'm a rare case in which it seems to have gone into remission. But the LDN really helps with inflammation. Perhaps it's used for autoimmune as well, but Katie was right that it really does help with inflammation. Even though it's like one tenth of a normal dose it still does severely block opioid receptors: I found out after kidney surgery that oxycodone basically does nothing if on LDN. Other than that I've found almost no side effects.
I gave up alcohol in late 2019 using the book from the same guy who did the cigarette book, Allen Carr. It's called the Easy Way to Control Alcohol and it basically works by deprogramming the brainwashing we get from childhood that drinking is enjoyable and makes life better. You are also supposed to drink throughout and I found it a very effective method, but probably only for people with a less deeply ingrained drinking problem. Once you're at the level Katie was at (10-12 drinks per day) you probably need something stronger. I bought the book for my dad, who's a long-term alcoholic, but it didn't work for him. His brain has already been altered too much by years of drinking.
I like non alcoholic beer. I like the taste and it scratches that itch for me without the terrible sleep, hangover, and beer gut.

Same for me since over 5 years. My life is so much better without alcohol.
I love it too. Heineken & Peroni are my favourites.

Worst episode in a long time.

You’re gonna need to be more specific
Like, worst episode in 98.4 days?
