I merely pointed out that your definition of an `adult female' is completely irrelevant when it comes to which bathroom a person should be able to use. What you've posted about `facial recognition' of sex more-or-less backs this up: being a woman is about more than just age and gamete production. The number of natal women (be they butch or NB) who are harassed and/or stopped when trying to use the women's bathroom, which is a longstanding problem in the butch community that is being amplified by the current trans hysteria, is additional proof that 1) several characteristics are used by humans to identify sex, and 2) in practice women's perceptions are worse than the studies indicate.
