There was no “Muslim Arab” culture before the founding of Islam because that’s impossible… and that occurred hundreds of years after the founding of Christianity which occurred after the Roman conquest of Israel/palestine etc but I’m not sure what the purpose of such an argument is. Many of The people of Israel/Palestine today regardless of their current religion can trace their cultural roots to this region.
