I'm going to take a Norman Rockwell stand here and say that if your forum model depends upon the continual unpaid labor of a handful of profoundly mentally ill people, you need to either find a new forum model or shut down said forum. It sounds like NNWM is going the latter route, which probably makes sense for a small nonprofit that doesn't want to spend actual resources on this crap.

Is this a Christmas miracle? I liked one of your posts. It might be the first. You're spot on here. I don't even understand WHY NNWM needs forums. It seems like people who say they want to be writing novels are spending an awful amount of time writing in these forums (unless the smaller percentage of people who finish the projects are not included in the regular forum participants).
